The residents of this special community believe they are fortunate to live in this oasis of wide open green spaces and quite beauty, and hope you will appreciate the Sandpiper Advantage, too.

This property was early recognized by descendants of the McCormicks and Rockefellers as ideal for horse breeding, cattle raising and agriculture. The world-renowned All-Arabian Horse Show started here, and the Railroad Park remains a significant attraction. After the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Fowler McCormick, the property was sold to Kaiser Aluminum and Aetna Insurance who developed the land into Arizona's first master planned community McCormick Ranch is all built out now, and because of its careful and disciplined management, it remains one of the finest planned communities in the country.
